Meile v2.0.4
Meile dVPN v2.0.4 is now available on almost every supported desktop platform (Windows, Mac; and Linux distributions Ubuntu, Debian, and Fedora).
The new version features bug fixes, a secondary API for users that are located in restricted regions or nations, and support for yet more privacy-focused payment methods.
Now Accepted: PIVX & Firo
The new version of the client also features support for PIVX, a zero-knowledge privacy coin which has been trading since 2016.

This is just the latest installment in a year full of in-app private payment method integrations by application developer MathNodes, who just announced a partnership with Firo late last month.
PIVX has celebrated the integration by listing Sentinel as an official partner on their website (linked above).
Firo's partnership with Meile dVPN—and Meile v2 itself—were highlighted in a press release written by ZEX PR Wire for Hackernoon late last month. It featured quotes from both Meile lead developer freQnik and Firo Project Steward Reuben Yap:

The latest issue of Firo's community newsletter (Vol. 1, No. 4) also paid homage to the new partnership.
Marketing & Outreach
MathNodes has been ramping up the promotion of their application—now the seniormost third-party dVPN offering in the Sentinel Ecosystem —with graphics educating X users about the virtues of dVPN versus "TradVPNs," and promotions highlighting the lack of KYC or accounts in Meile.
But that's only the tip of the iceberg for the development house's marketing ambitions: The longtime third-party Sentinel contributors have worked with a professional marketing team to produce advertising spots.
"There is a marketing campaign with ad spots for Meile that just started a week ago. It will feature Sentinel and the Meile brand in the coming weeks. Look for it!" said freQnik of the effort.
Meile dVPN was recently listed on three new repositories for blockchain-friendly businesses and services:
- Cryptwerk, a directory of businesses and services that accept payment in digital assets.
- weacceptcoin, a website operating on a similar model.
- xmrbazaar, a directory of businesses and services which accept Monero (XMR), the world's most popular privacy coin.
